We hope you enjoy our services. If you have any questions or comments, please contact us.

As a Licensed United States Coast Guard Captain with a 100 ton Masters, Sailing and Towing Endorsement with international sailing experience as well as extensive refitting experience.
As a native Floridian growing up on the water and being around boats, sailing, fishing and scuba diving my whole life it is an enjoyable and rewarding occupation to be of service to yacht owners.
After years of being a Charter captain as well as private high net worth individuals there seem to be a need for our Hurricane Response, Gardianage and our Continual Maintenance programs.
Yacht Management Resources has a successful project management plan that involves effectively organizing all the activities, tasks, and resources that make up a yacht project. YMR’s Task management process takes handling the entire life-cycle of a task, right from planning to tracking to execution. We track tasks from the beginning, setting deadlines, prioritizing
tasks and assigning them to the right people. We ensure projects stay on track and get completed on time.
YMR’s project management plan involves effectively organizing all the activities, tasks, and resources that make up your project. By utilizing a project management system we can simplify your project planning from start to finish, giving you the transparency in the project you need to actually manage your project well. Good project management software allows you to perform administrative tasks more quickly and efficiently, freeing up time to focus on the actual project.
Our Project management can also facilitate effective communication within and among vendors and track key performance factors. measuring progress, delegating tasks, allocating resources, budget tracking and communicating effectively.
